This is the guide to our recruitment process for our outreach care and support staff.

1. Mondonovo Care advertises for our positions:

  • Our website
  • Local paper
  • Local magazine
  • Referrals

2. CV’s and application forms collected

3. Pre-screening telephone call for shortlisted candidates General questions we ask about you;

  • Your name, address and contact details
  • Employment status and any notice period required
  • Previous care experience • Whether you are a with own vehicle
  • Local area knowledge
  • Your availability
  • Your motivation for working in care?
  • If there is there anything that we need to know before we perform a DBS?
  • Current qualifications and if you are interested in achieving social care qualifications

4. Invitation to interview

5. Offer of a position for successful candidates

  • At this stage, you will complete, including; an equal opportunities application form,
  • Next of kin and emergency contact information,
  • New starter form, DBS, and references.

6. Starting your home care induction training:

  • First three days
  • Two days of shadowing
  • Final two days of training
  • Getting on the rota

7. Three Months Probation Confirmation of Permanent Employment
